Welcome to Kashaya. By accessing and using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
By placing an order with Kashaya, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Products and Pricing
All candles are handcrafted in our Oslo workshop. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colors or appearance of the products. Prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Norway and to select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Kashaya is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we carefully inspect each product before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective. For hygiene and safety reasons, candles that have been burned cannot be returned.
6. Product Safety
Our candles are intended for decorative and aromatic purposes. Please follow all safety instructions provided with your purchase and on our Safety Instructions page. Never leave burning candles unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Kashaya is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Kashaya and protected by Norwegian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
